Sana Swimwear Returns & Refunds
At Sana, we’re committed to providing you with beautiful, confidence-boosting swimwear and resortwear. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition, with tags, packaging, and hygiene stickers fully intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
- To start your return, please log in to your customer account and select the item(s) you’d like to return. Choose your preferred option in the notes:

- Option 1 – Return the item: Receive a 100% refund once your return has been received and processed.
- Option 2 – Keep the item: Receive 70% store credit of the purchase price for your next order.
- Shipping is at your cost. You’ll receive an email with return instructions and the correct return address once your request is submitted. Please do not mail your return to the sender’s address on your package — this will affect the processing of your return. Your return package must be shipped within 7 days of submitting your return request.
- Refunds and store credits are processed within 7–10 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent once it’s complete.
Please ensure you initiate your return request before sending back any items. Unauthorized returns or parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
Note that sanaswimwear.com is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by customer negligence, including but not limited to refusal of shipment confirmation or incorrect order details (address, contact number, consignee name). In such cases, we are unable to process your return.
